Supervisory experience is not essential as we will support your transition into this position. You will be responsible for supervising the management of projects to ensure they run to agreed timescales as efficiently as possible whilst controlling subcontractors, materials, and any on-site issues. You will be responsible for attending pre-start meetings, progress meetings, and project handovers. You will have the overall responsibility for the safe working and health and safety on site, ensuring that operatives are adhering to H&S requirements including carrying out Quality of Work, Health and Safety & Behavioural Audits. Regular travel will be required to make this role successful, supervising sites within your region.
