Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of mechanical works.Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to maintain progress and resolve issues.Oversee installation and commissioning of furnaces and charging machinery.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, permits, and inspection records.Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and enforce safety compliance.Monitor equipment and material deliveries, ensuring readiness for scheduled work.Support troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to site teams.Requirements:Proven experience supervising industrial or heavy machinery projects, ideally involving furnaces or charging systems.Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy equipment.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or process environments preferred.Willing to work on site in Alabama and in the UKWhat''s on Offer:Competitive day rate based on experience.Travel, accommodation, and other project-related expenses covered.Opportunity to work on a technically challenging and rewarding project.Supportive team and professional working environment.Please visit our website to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
