Site Supervisor

Coba Education is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to support a welcoming primary school in Northampton on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented school environment. The school can offer flexibility around working hours, with a total of 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Opening and securing the school site Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld across the site Managing site security and access for visitors and contractors Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues Supporting with deliveries, room setups, and general site duties Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of external areas To Be Considered, You Must: Hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service Have previous experience working in a Site Supervisor, Caretaker, Facilities, or Premises Management role Have a strong understanding of health and safety procedures Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently Be able to undertake practical maintenance and site management tasks Why Work with Coba Education?
