Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to join our team on a major distribution centre fit-out in Trafford Park, Manchester. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be leading by example, supervising trades on site while remaining actively involved in the installation works. The ideal candidate will have a strong fit-out background, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors. Work alongside the installation team as required. Ensure works are completed in line with programme and quality standards. Conduct daily site briefings and maintain high Health and Safety standards. Monitor progress and report directly to the Site Manager/Project Manager. Coordinate deliveries, materials and labour requirements. Carry out quality inspections and snagging. Ensure RAMS are followed and site documentation is maintained. Promote a positive, professional working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Working Supervisor on commercial or industrial fit-out projects. Experience delivering large warehouse or distribution centre fit-outs is highly desirable. Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work (preferred). Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Ability to read drawings and manage works to programme.
