Site Supervisor (civils)

Winshall are seeking a Civils Site Supervisor to oversee all civil engineering and earthworks activities on-site for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. You will ensure groundworks, foundation construction, drainage, access roads, and trenching are executed safely and on schedule. Duties include enforcing strict site safety compliance, leading daily RAMS/Toolbox talks.

The project is due to start in September with the civils aspect due for completion late January 2027.

Must hold SSSTS/SMSTS certificate and have a minimun of 5 years experience in similar roles on either BESS or substation projects.

Upto 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekend work is currently planned.
