Site Supervisor (Civils)

Location: Lower Wick, Worcester

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major civil engineering project in the Lower Wick area of Worcester.

Working on a long-term water infrastructure project, you will be responsible for supervising drainage, reinforced concrete and associated civil engineering works, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations
• Managing direct labour and subcontractors
• Coordinating drainage and reinforced concrete works
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
• Monitoring quality and programme
• Liaising with Site Managers and Engineers

Requirements:

• Gold CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Proven experience supervising civil engineering projects
• Strong background in drainage and reinforced concrete works
• Experience within the water sector is advantageous

Rate: £320 to £350 per day CIS.
