The project involves the sustainable retrofit and refurbishment of 20 bedrooms and associated office space within a renowned 1970s building of significant architectural importance. Due to the nature of the building, this is far more than a standard refurbishment. The project requires a careful balance between modernising the building, significantly improving its energy performance and comfort, and preserving the character and existing fabric of the building. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor with a strong refurbishment background who enjoys working on complex, technically challenging and architecturally sensitive projects.
