Role: Site Supervisor / Assistant Site ManagerPay: 25.00 per hourLocation: NottinghamStart: 14th SeptemberLength: 12 weeksRequirements:Fit Out and Refurbishment experienceTrade background, ideally with joinery or general fit-out experienceExperience working as a Site Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager or similarExperience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple tradesStrong understanding of Health and Safety, quality and site proceduresAbility to coordinate deliveries, inductions and day-to-day site activitiesPractical, hands-on approach with the ability to get involved with joinery, snagging and general fit-out workAbility to take responsibility for the site when the Site Manager is off site or unavailableResponsibilities:Work closely with the Site Manager as the number two on siteAssist with the day-to-day running and coordination of the projectSupervise trades and subcontractors to ensure works are progressing safely and to programmeCoordinate deliveries, materials and site logisticsCarry out site inductions and ensure all operatives comply with Health and Safety procedures and PPE requirementsMonitor quality, progress and workmanship across the siteAssist with resolving practical day-to-day site issuesSupport the Site Manager with maintaining a safe, organised and productive siteCarry out snagging and assist with joinery and general fit-out works where requiredHelp coordinate multiple trades and ensure works are completed to the required standardMaintain ..... full job details .....
