Site Supervisor

Ready to lead on one of the South''s most important water sites? Front Line Supervisor - Water Treatment Works, Southampton - Outside IR35This site plays a crucial role in supplying clean drinking water to hundreds of thousands of people across Southampton and Hampshire, and it''s in the middle of a major investment programme. We''re looking for a confident contract Front Line Supervisor to keep work on this live, operational site safe, on track and to a high standard.You''ll run day-to-day site activity, leading direct labour and subcontractors. You''ll deliver briefings and toolbox talks, and you''ll make sure RAMS, permits to work and site controls are followed. You''ll work closely with site management, the client team and operational staff so the works run smoothly without disrupting the treatment process. It''s a hands-on leadership role where your judgement directly shapes safety and delivery on site.To succeed, you''ll bring: SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor) EUSR certification Proven supervisory experience in civils, construction or MEICA, ideally in the water sector Experience on live or operational sites A full UK driving licenceWater or wastewater treatment experience, First Aid and confined spaces training are a bonus.In return, you''ll get a competitive day rate outside IR35 and long-term, consistent work on a flagship regional scheme, with a strong chance of extension.
