Site Supervisor Ground-Mounted Solar PV ProjectsWolverhampton £50,000 £60,000We re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of utility-scale, ground-mounted solar PV projects. You ll play a key role in ensuring site operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Role Overview You will oversee day-to-day site activities, supervising subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered in line with project specifications, programme requirements, and strict HSQE standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, you ll be the on-site lead for operational delivery, quality assurance, and safety compliance.Key Responsibilities Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, and quality standardsCarry out daily site inspections and monitor safety, equipment, and working practicesMaintain accurate site records and upload inspection reportsLead toolbox talks and enforce HSQE requirementsEnsure compliance with CDM regulations and company safety proceduresInvestigate incidents and support corrective action implementationProduce daily and weekly progress reports for the Project ManagerIdentify and escalate risks, delays, and site issues promptlyAct as the main on-site contact for subcontractors and suppliersSupport client visits and provide progress updatesCarry out quality checks and snagging inspections prior to completion Candidate Requirements 3 5+ years experience in site supervision (renewables ..... full job details .....
