Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee pitched roofing refurbishment works across a programme of approximately 150 occupied properties in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high quality standard while maintaining excellent resident relations. Key Responsibilities Supervise roofing operatives and subcontractors carrying out pitched roofing replacement and associated external works. Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and site logistics across occupied properties. Ensure all works are completed in line with programme deadlines and client expectations. Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure works comply with NHBC, manufacturer, and company standards. Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
