You will be responsible for leading a site services team that will be carrying out l maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including the water element, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site. Sector - FMCG Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Site Services Supervisor Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment. Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory. .Team Leadership / Supervisory experience Experience with Utilities .
