This is a multi-functional role, primarily responsible for controlling and managing the grain intake process in line with documented procedures, while maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, equipment operation, hygiene and quality. You''ll also support weighbridge operations when required and receive training in milling functions, including product sampling and testing, with the longer-term aim of developing the skills required to fulfil the role of a Miller.
