Overview
Lead all infrastructure maintenance, repairs and statutory compliance across the ABBA Arena site ensuring that all venue assets, operational and life-critical systems are fully functional at all times. Working as part of the Site Director''s team, the Site Services Manager will support the strategy, planning and delivery of specific projects, including capital investment and infrastructure renewal. Collaborating closely with show technical production and visitor operations teams to ensure that ABBA Voyage is delivered seamlessly at all performances and that best-in-class customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. You will have robust health and safety knowledge to help ensure the functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability and efficiency of our unique venue for all who work here and come to experience ABBA Voyage.ABBA Voyage is a revolutionary concert experience held at the ABBA Arena in Stratford, East London, near Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The ABBA Arena is a remarkable feat of engineering and design, purpose-built to host the groundbreaking ABBA Voyage concert. It accommodates 3,000 people (1,650 seated and 1,350 standing). It features digital avatars - known as ABBAtars - of the iconic Swedish pop group ABBA (Agnetha, Björn, Benny, and Anni-Frid), performing alongside a live 10-piece band in this purpose-built, high-tech venue.Responsibilities

Proven experience in high-pressure supervisor or leadership roles in a public-facing venue or large-scale temporary event sites (e.g., arenas, stadiums, festivals, large-scale temporary sporting events).Strong knowledge and experience in site operations and/or facilities management, building management and compliance management.Experience leading and influencing multiple teams, including contracted staff with varied working patterns, and driving ongoing collaboration.Demonstrable experience in frontline response related to damage and faults across a site, with a practical problem-solving approach.Ability to interpret technical drawings, building and equipment specifications.How to apply
