Site Services Engineer

Questech are recruiting on behalf of our client in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This client are a a fast paced Production facility, experiencing substantial growth. The Person: Relevant Level 3 Engineering qualification or recognised, standards-based time served apprenticeship. Relevant experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and Site Services Role Experience with refrigeration, compressed air and vacuum systems Pipefitting and Welding experience would be an advantage Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office family of products Experience of Maintenance Management Systems and software. Asset management knowledge The Role: Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensure planned maintenance is carried out in line with the site schedule. Liaising with other departments to ensure tasks are completed with little to no impact on operations. Process Capability: Establish capability of all site services processes and follow statistical process controls to monitor and ensure processes are stable and deliver products that meet customer specifications. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve standards set by facilitating and executing 8 Step Practical Problem Solving or other appropriate KPS methodologies within the site maintenance team.
