Site Services and Utilities ManagerSalary: £55,000 (Dependent on Experience)

BRAND NEW OPPORTUNITY to join a market-leading company in the FMCG manufacturing industry! One of our best clients is currently seeking a Site Services and Utilities Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving innovation in food production processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Site Services team, promoting a positive, high-performance culture.

Manage site utilities and facilities, ensuring compliance, uptime, and efficiency.

Deliver improvements and cost savings through projects, energy reduction, and best practices.

Ensure comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation.

Train staff and implement new equipment.

Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills.

Manage planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Utilize experience within the Utilities Department.
