Site Scheduler

Shift pattern; This role will cover Sunday to Wednesday with a 4 on / 3 off fixed shift pattern based at Stourton Dairy. There will also be an ad-hoc requirement to cover other weekdays and Saturdays to ensure continual 7 day Scheduling cover at Stourton. How will you make an impact? Ensure plans are optimised to account for multiple constraints and complexities including Preventative Maintenance and significant planned outages Update and provide daily requirement reports and snapshots to other functions Create and maintain category specific SOP documentation to aid training and cover Key contributor to filling and process capacity mapping Work with Site Scheduling Team Leader to improve reporting suite of key KPIs Produce and frequently review PEAK plans for Creamery categories Continually review planning parameters such as stock cover policies and production frequency to ensure service commitments are met at best cost to the business Foster relationships with all site functions, network planning, transport scheduling, product management and commercial teams etc. Maintenance of planning master data (both APO and PS1) Provide daily cover across other categories e.g. Dairy Scheduling and Component Planning as appropriate Provide cover for Site Scheduling Team Leader as required What you will need to succeed The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in an FMCG environment, ideally within a similar Site Scheduler, Planner or Supply Planning role ..... full job details .....
