Assist the H7 Quality Lead, Project Quality Engineers, and Project Team in ensuring compliance with Client Employer’s Requirements, Ferrovial Construction Quality Procedures, and H7 Quality processes.Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for all quality control and assurance aspects.Support the project and site teams to ensure the implementation of ''Right First Time'' principles.Manage a team of 6 Quality Engineers.Conduct site visits to verify the implementation of Quality Controls by the project team.Perform factory visits to check compliance of products manufactured off-site (FAT) and complete relevant reports promptly.Engage with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure elements are produced and delivered right the first time.Perform inspections of construction elements, including testing, tolerances, materials, and visual inspections.Review and ensure control records are produced, compiled, and communicated timely.Lead site, factory, and off-site inspections with external parties, such as clients, and oversee the closure of site snags and outstanding works.Support the development of relevant controls, such as Inspection and Test plans and digital inspection sheets.Assist in the digitalization of Quality processes and ensure their proper implementation.Review documentation related to inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.Coordinate quality documentation and liaise with construction and departmental managers regarding quality requirements.Support the submittal of the HandS file, site records, and certification documents.Promote a culture of ''Right First Time'' and continuous improvement on-site.Record effective corrective actions and analyze trends for reporting.Review and update work package quality documents, including site records and testing reports.Ensure timely benchmarking and sampling events with the employer.Maintain quality documentation and registers, cooperating with document controllers.Assist during audits by compiling necessary documentation.Participate in weekly quality sessions with work packages and suppliers.Maintain a strong focus on key quality issues on-site.Please note that this job description does not encompass all activities, and employees may be asked to undertake other reasonable duties.Ferrovial values diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunities to all employees.
