We are in need of a driven an quality focussed Site Manager with a proven track record in facades to oversee an external refurbishment programme commencing in the Autumn.  Working for a specialist contractor who has a proven track record in similar schemes, you'll be supporting the Senior Site Manager on the project, (Facade installation & cladding remediation works) and will play a huge part in ensuring that the project is delivered safely and within the prescribed budget and time allocations.  You'll have a number of key responsibilities which could include: * Sub-contractor engagement and co-ordination * Health & Safety inductions, checks and site surveys, reviewing the RAMS, compiling H & S packs  * Inspections - reviewing alarms, temporary structures and other aspects of the project under change  * Administration - ensuring site logs and diaries are updated, and that works are accurately documented with the correct QA admin completed You should have a demonstrable work history reflecting previous experience of external works (EWI, Glazing...
