SITE / PROJECT MANAGER FIRE DOORSProjects across London and the South EastPermanent or Freelance Competitive Salary PackageREADY TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF FIRE DOOR PROJECTS?We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager with a background in Fire Doors or Passive Fire Protection to join a growing Fire Door division.This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run projects, manage people, deal with clients and, most importantly, get the job done properly.You''ll take projects from pre-construction through to completion, overseeing delivery, quality, compliance, labour, materials and client relationships along the way.WHAT YOU''LL BE DOINGManaging fire door installation, inspection and remedial projectsTaking ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completionOverseeing day-to-day site operations and resolving issues proactivelyManaging programmes and ensuring projects stay on trackCoordinating labour, materials, procurement and internal teamsManaging and supporting site operatives to maintain consistently high standardsCarrying out fire door surveys, measurements and condition reportsProviding technical input and identifying compliant, cost-effective solutionsConducting site audits, quality checks and compliance inspectionsManaging photographic evidence, inspection data and project recordsActing as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and site teamsReporting project progress, risks, delays and commercial issues to senior ..... full job details .....
