Site Operative / Loading Shovel Operator

Salary - 28,683.64 plus overtime when needed Hours - 42.5 per week. Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch daily) Saturday - 08:00 till 13:00Location - Ling Hall Composting Facility, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 9HHThis site takes delivery of the local green waste generated from the households of local councils and commercial grounds maintenance companies. Checking incoming wastes, operating a front shovel loader to shred the waste, maintaining compost piles and compost finishing line Carry out site operations of the compost site day to day activities Responsible for Site Operations covering composts, leachate management Responsible for plant and maintenance Deputise for senior site operator in their absence.
