This is a varied, hands-on opportunity combining practical assembly, installation and construction work. You’ll work alongside an experienced technical team, with training and a clear progression path towards Site Supervisor and beyond. The role would suit someone with around 3–5 years’ experience in construction, maintenance or workshop operations , looking to develop their skills within an engineering environment. The role Your responsibilities will include: Assembling metal components on and off site. Setting out and installing fabricated components. Using power tools, including concrete cutting equipment and 110V tools. Carrying out hot works and small concrete works, including formwork. Drilling and installing mechanical and chemical anchors. Installing access systems, including handrails and fixed ladders. Working near water where projects require it. Travelling to project sites, with frequent working away and overnight stays.
