Site OperativesWidnes 12.21 per hour (overtime 18.32 per hour) Monday - Friday Temporary (Approx. 5 Weeks)Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting for Site Operatives on a temporary basis for approximately five weeks for their national processing client based centrally in Widnes.The successful candidates will be working as part of a team processing incinerator bottom ash to aid in the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals through the operation of static process plant.Please note: A drug test will be required before starting this role.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking on a picking station.Clean-down of equipment.Routine machine maintenance.Manual handling.Ensuring safety is paramount and reporting any defects.Candidate RequirementsEnjoy working in a busy environment.Able to work as part of a team safely.Maintain a tidy work area, practise good housekeeping, and ensure all equipment is well maintained.Contribute improvement ideas and actively take part in health and safety meetings.Hours and PayMonday to Thursday: 6:45am - 6:15pm (11 hours paid).Friday: 6:45am - 3:45pm (8.5 hours paid).Total: 52.5 hours paid per week.Two 30-minute breaks per shift (one paid, one unpaid). 12.21 per hour for the first eight hours per day. 18.32 per hour for hours worked beyond eight per day.Optional additional hours available on Saturdays.BenefitsWeekly pay.Accrued holiday pay.Pension contributions.Free on-site parking.Access to the Acorn Rewards Scheme.Interested?Apply now to secure your ..... full job details .....
