Site Operations Supervisor

Our client, a leading UK wholesaler in their discipline, is seeking an experienced Site Operations Supervisor to join its Operations team based at its Park Royal depot. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational leader with experience within food production, warehousing or distribution, looking to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, operational efficiency and high food safety standards within a fast-paced wholesale environment. Job Role Reporting to the Depot Manager, the Day Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Day Team, ensuring customer orders are delivered safely, accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, health and safety and operational performance. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Warehouse, Transport and the wider wholesale business, you will support in health and safety, hygiene, general maintenance and more. This is a full-time, permanent, site-based role working Monday to Friday, offering the opportunity to join a well-established and growing business renowned for the quality of its products and customer service.
