It’s a senior role with real scope - not just about maintaining performance, but about building something stronger, leaner and ready for long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead site manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, flexibility and best-cost deliveryApply Lean/Six Sigma principles to embed a continuous improvement cultureAlign capacity and resources with business and customer demand, forecasting and flexing as requiredDevelop and implement manufacturing strategies that tie into wider business objectivesManage and inspire teams, ensuring performance and engagement align to business goalsOwn budgets and cost performance, identifying and delivering improvementsQualifications and Skills

5+ years in senior operations leadership within manufacturingLean / Six Sigma certification and practical application experienceHands-on problem solver, pragmatic and proactiveSkilled leader with experience in people and change managementApplication and Contact
