Site Officer

The Site Officer plays a key role in maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency across the site. The working hours are 4 on/4 off (covering early, late and night shifts). General duties to include of Site Officer Day to day operational safety and security for customers, visitors and staff, including monitoring CCTV cameras, site patrols, controlling all entrance and exit barriers, keeping records of and monitoring all vehicles entering the site Management of bookings, parking, payments and safety Drive bookings and maximise the utilisation of the parking area Customer intervention where required Maintain a safe environment for customers, visitors and staff alike Conduct site inductions Processing payments from all customers and the updating of computer records Welcome customers and visitors to site in accordance with company procedures Key Skills and Experience of Site Officer Works well independently, and as part of a team Works well under pressure and can prioritise workload Reacts promptly and appropriately within a fast-paced environment Basic IT skills Previous customer service skills Experience in a similar role is not essential but would be advantageous Only suitable candidates will be directly contacted about this position, and we will not store or process the data of candidates in any way unless consent has been obtained. ..... full job details .....
