Key responsibilities Provide immediate first aid and initial assessment to employees and visitors. Deliver basic treatment and care as appropriate. Record and monitor observations, including vital signs where required. Carry out health screening and occupational health surveillance. Assess individuals and identify when further medical support is required. Escalate cases appropriately to a nurse, paramedic, GP or other healthcare professional.
