SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR REQUIRED in Colchester, Essex

Rate for the SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR: £2500 - £300 p/d

Role: Site Manager needed to oversee asbestos removal and installation of new window and doors

6 Weeks work - Start ASAP

Requirements:

• CSCS Black Card (Preferred), SMSTS (Essential), Fire Marshall, First Aid
• Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of building processes.
• DBS 
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
