This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in traditional and timber frame housebuilding, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in delivering high-quality homes. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and driving the construction programme to ensure key deadlines are achieved. Taking full responsibility for site health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Managing subcontractors and site teams to maintain productivity and high standards of workmanship. Overseeing the construction of timber frame residential properties.
