Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of a live refurbishment project. Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Maintaining excellent health & safety practices within a live operational environment. Providing regular progress updates and resolving any site issues efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects. Previous experience working on a high end build  Strong planning and organisational skills.
