Blue Water Recruitment is proud to be supporting a long-standing and highly respected construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work throughout Cardiff and South Wales. We are currently looking to appoint up to 3 Site Managers to strengthen their expanding delivery team. About the Role The appointed Site Managers will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of construction sites on projects typically valued between £500k and £10m. Schemes span a wide range of sectors, including: Multi-unit residential developments Hotel and leisure buildings Education projects Healthcare facilities General build works, covering both Design and Build and Refurbishment schemes Scope of Works Your role will involve overseeing multiple elements of construction, such as: Structural operations, including concrete frame works Internal fit-out and finishing trades External works and coordination with utility providers Management and integration of specialist subcontract packages Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and manage the workforce effectively Drive performance and coordination of subcontractors Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Project Manager Ensure project programme, quality benchmarks, and cost targets are met Plan and manage site logistics to maintain steady and efficient workflow Health and Safety Uphold all company and statutory health and safety policies Deliver site inductions, safety ..... full job details .....
