Site Agent / Site Manager North and West London / Hertfordshire Are you an experienced Site Agent or Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background looking for a role offering a varied portfolio of projects rather than being tied to one site or scheme? This is an opportunity to join an established Tier 1 civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a strong pipeline of work across North London, West London and Hertfordshire. You will work across a variety of civils and water projects, providing exposure to different schemes, environments and technical challenges. The business operates a direct-delivery model and has significant in-house engineering and delivery capability, with specialist expertise spanning civil engineering, tunnelling, MEICA and design. Alongside the project exposure, there is a strong focus on developing and retaining people, with internal progression, leadership development, coaching and ongoing technical training forming part of the wider career proposition. The Role As Site Agent / Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects across the region, working closely with Project and Contracts Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.
