Site Manager - Planned Works, Retrofit and DecarbonisationLocation: Croydon | Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering planned maintenance, retrofit, and decarbonisation works across residential properties in Croydon. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of planned maintenance, retrofit upgrades, and decarbonisation worksEnsure health and safety compliance across all site activitiesCoordinate trades, subcontractors, and materialsCarry out site inspections, progress reports, and quality controlLiaise with tenants, clients, and project managersMonitor programme schedules and resolve on-site issuesRequirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager in planned works and retrofit/decarbonisation projectsStrong understanding of building regulations and complianceSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifiedAbility to manage multiple trades and work in occupied propertiesExcellent communication and leadership ..... full job details .....
