The project: A new residential development of 120x new homes. Consisting of houses and apartments which are a mixture of private and HA spec. The role: Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing this development as the number 1 on site. Your role will involve but not be limited to: Management of the master build programme Preparation of short term programmes Weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors Progress reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager on a weekly basis Pre-start meetings with the relevant subcontractors Overseeing Health and Safety on site and production of relevant reports Liaise regularly with external bodies regarding development including Building Control, HSE, Utilities and Service providers and NHBC Responsible for quality control, ensuring all units are completed to the required standard prior to NHBC inspection About you: You will have gained circa 5+ years experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer Have the correct CITB qualifications for the ..... full job details .....
