They have been established for many years but are successfully transitioning into taking on larger projects (£2m-£10m) having traditionally focused on work in the £1m-£2m range. With several new projects secured for starts over the next 6 months they are a robust option for career development and stability.The initial project the succesul site will manage is a £3m refurbishment and fit out of a high end penthouse near the Thames.Site Manager / APM - Mayfair£60k-£75k + bensSuper Prime Residential specialist main contractor, delivering a flagship £30m+ single dwelling contract for an UHNW private client.Seeking a site manager to deliver the back of house elements of the project with the potential to assist the project manager with PM and SSM duties in the main house.Excellent opportunity to focus on delivery of your section of the project with the potential to step up into project management duties on the wider project with the support and guidance of a highly experienced PM.Site Manager - Mayfair£65k-£70k + bensA reputable and expanding main contractor specialising in prime residential projects to £15m.Seeking a Site Manager to run a £1m refurbishment and fit out of a 2 bed apartment in Mayfair. This is a particularly nice project with ultra high spec finishes. Starts on site asap.Requirements

Proven experience in

Prime or Super Prime residential refurbishment
