Site Manager x2 - Prime Residential

Overview

We’re working with a well established, private construction company delivering high end residential and commercial projects along the South Coast. With a strong pipeline of live projects, including heritage, listed building, and new builds, they’re looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their expanding team.Why this role?

Work on prestigious, ultra high quality projects, typically £2.5m–£10m.Initial project is a prestigious Prime Residential new build that is yet to start on site, so you will run from start to completion.Be part of a well structured and well run, medium sized company who are further forging their brand in The South of England.Competitive salary and clear career progression.Your Role

Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors.Deliver projects to the highest quality, actively managing programmes via MS Project alongside the visiting Contracts Manager.Maintain health and safety compliance and ensure all building regulations are met.Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams, providing strong client coordination and technical oversight.About You
