The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and to programme, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: Manage ground slab construction and pile propping operations. Supervise subcontractors and site personnel. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times. Monitor progress and keep works on programme. Carry out quality inspections and ensure work complies with drawings and specifications. Liaise with the project team, engineers and clients as required. Maintain site records and daily reports. Requirements: Previous experience managing groundworks, ground slabs and piling/propping works. Tier 1 QA reporting experience. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to lead site teams and deliver work safely and efficiently.
