Key Requirements Proven Site Management experience on large projects. Strong joinery/carpentry background. Hands-on approach with good practical knowledge. Experienced in snagging, finishing and handovers. Able to manage subcontractors and keep works progressing. Self-motivated and confident working independently. Strong communication and organisational skills. Valid CSCS card. SMSTS qualified. First Aid qualified. Freelance 10m Project Competitive Day Rate Immediate Start Available Contract
