WPS are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to join our planned team, working in partnership with a long-standing

social housing provider . This role will focus primarily on

kitchen and bathroom (KandB)

refurbishment works across occupied properties.Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned KandB works.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.Liaise with tenants, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain strong working relationships.Monitor health and safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections.Manage site documentation, progress reports, and snagging lists.Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Site Manager in

social housing

environments.Strong background in

kitchen and bathroom refurbishments .Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets.SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications desirable.Why Join Us?
