Site Manager - Water Projects

Your new companyA highly regarded engineering and construction business is continuing to strengthen its presence on the Anglian Water investment programme and is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager in the Norwich area. With a busy schedule of clean water and wastewater projects planned across the region, they require additional site leadership to support project delivery.This organisation has a strong reputation within the utility sector and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of infrastructure schemes as part of a long-term framework programme.Your new roleWorking as a Site Manager, you will take ownership of site-based activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements. You will be responsible for managing operational teams and coordinating all aspects of construction delivery from mobilisation through to completion.Duties will include:Overseeing daily construction activities across water and wastewater sitesSupervising subcontractors, operatives and supply chain partnersMonitoring progress against programme targets and project milestonesPromoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site proceduresManaging environmental and quality requirements throughout project deliveryPlanning site logistics and coordinating resources effectivelyReviewing and implementing work packs, RAMS and permit systemsLiaising with project teams, client representatives and key ..... full job details .....
