Site Manager-Water-North London-OUTSIDE IR35

Urgent Need-Site Manager (Water)-North London-£Outside IR35 Due to the award of a major Water framework, our client, a leading Utilities Contractor in the UK are seeking the services of an experienced Site Manager to oversee Site Operations on projects that include major Water Main Replacements including Deep Excavations, Pipeline Installation and Concrete works with the value being circa £8m for this first project. Based from their site in Camden, daily duties will include assisting with site paperwork (RAMs etc), overseeing Contractors on site, issuing permits, health and safety and reporting. To be considered for this, you will have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and ideally EUSR and/or Thames Water Passport (training can be provided on these) and will be an experienced Site Manager within the water sector with exposure to Water Main replacements ideal. In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and also comes with a Van and Fuel Card.
