This role is ideally suited to candidates who live locally in or around Canvey Island. Key Responsibilities: Managing and supervising subcontractors on site Overseeing ceiling works and electrical installations Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations Maintaining site records and reporting progress Coordinating works to meet project deadlines Requirements: Valid SMSTS certification First Aid qualification Previous experience managing subcontractors on site Strong background in fit-out, particularly ceiling and electrical works IPAF / Cherry Picker ticket (preferred) Reliable, proactive, and able to work night shifts Preferred: Candidates based in or near Canvey Island If you are interested and meet the above criteria, please apply with your CV or get in touch for more details.
