Job Title: Night Shift Site Manager
Location: Canvey Island
Job Type: Night Shifts

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for Night Shifts on a project based in Canvey Island, working within a shopping centre environment. This role is ideally suited to candidates who live locally in or around Canvey Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising subcontractors on site
• Overseeing ceiling works and electrical installations
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress
• Coordinating works to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• Previous experience managing subcontractors on site
• Strong background in fit-out, particularly ceiling and electrical works
• IPAF / Cherry Picker ticket (preferred)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work night shifts

Preferred:

• Candidates based in or near Canvey Island
