Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities across retrofit projects. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required quality standards. Oversee External Wall Insulation (EWI), roofing and structural repair works. Ensure compliance with PAS 2030 and health & safety requirements. Carry out regular site inspections and manage site documentation. Liaise with Project Managers, clients, suppliers and tenants. Coordinate toolbox talks, risk assessments, method statements and site inductions. Monitor progress and resolve site issues to minimise delays. What We''re Looking For Previous Site Management experience within energy retrofit projects. Strong knowledge of EWI and PAS 2030. SMSTS qualification - essential. First Aid at Work - essential.
