A well-respected planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced-Site Manager-to work on their-L&Q contract, overseeing kitchen and bathroom replacements across scattered properties.

The Role

• Manage kitchen & bathroom replacement works.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure health & safety, quality and programme targets are met.
• Liaise with residents, L&Q and the project team.
• Manage multiple properties across East London.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience in-planned maintenance/social housing.
• Experience with-kitchen & bathroom replacements.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
