Site Manager - Utilities

Our client is a leading utility company who are currently working on various long-term utility framework contracts. Work-includes open cut mains replacements, network reinforcement and diversion projects.

To facilitate this growth and strong project pipeline, they are now seeking a Site Manager to strengthen the team and support the delivery of-projects.

Salary to -54k | Company Vehicle + Fuel card | Annual Bonus | Pension | 28-Days Holiday

Site Manager Key Essentials:

• As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day civils operations on utility schemes across power and water networks
• Managing site teams to deliver works on time, safely, and within budget
• Updating project programmes, with forward visibility
• Managing streetwork permits are in place via the back-office team
• Ensuring RAMS and H&S documentation are always current and compliant
• Coordinating material deliveries and logistics
• Working closely with the commercial teams to highlight any variations and risks
• Acting as the main point of contact, liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Completing accurate as-built documentation

Site Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor on utility civils projects
• Qualified with NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
• Solid grasp of HAUC specs and reinstatement standards
• Confident communicator and problem-solver with a proactive mindset
