Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, operatives, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, RAMS, PPE, and CSCS requirements. Monitor programme delivery, quality, productivity, and site standards. Maintain accurate records and project updates using company systems. Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service. Identify and escalate safeguarding, vulnerability, and H&S concerns. Ensure works comply with specifications, regulations, and company procedures. Support the successful delivery of projects alongside the Contracts and Project Managers. Essential Requirements Previous experience managing Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works programmes. Social Housing experience is essential. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and site compliance.
