Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, operatives, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, RAMS, PPE, and CSCS requirements. Monitor programme delivery, quality, productivity, and site standards. Maintain accurate records and project updates using company systems. Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service. Identify and escalate safeguarding, vulnerability, and HandS concerns.
