Project Scope The project includes a range of refurbishment and statutory compliance works, including: Asbestos removal and associated works Fire compartmentation and fire stopping Lighting upgrades Electrical infrastructure improvements Mechanical and electrical alterations General refurbishment and building compliance works Key Responsibilities Act as the client''s representative throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of works on site. Monitor the performance of the Principal Contractor and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Produce daily progress reports covering labour, progress, quality, safety and key issues.
