The initial project will involve an 8-week programme managing roof resealing and guttering works, with the potential to progress onto an additional two wings. The role: Manage the day-to-day delivery of roof resealing and guttering works. Coordinate subcontractors and site activities. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks. Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records. Use Procore for site reporting and project documentation. Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the works.
